Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

Tower Defence London ("the app", "we") is published by Blue Pixl Ltd. We have built the app to need as little of your data as possible. This policy explains what is and isn't collected.

What we collect

The app has no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, or your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and there are no advertising SDKs and nothing that tracks you across other companies' apps or websites. The app does send anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics to Firebase, described under "App analytics & diagnostics" below. This website separately uses Google Analytics, described under "Website analytics" below.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, settings and purchases are stored locally on your device (and, if you use it, in your private iCloud/Apple backup). Apart from the anonymous analytics and crash diagnostics described below, this stays on your device except through Apple's own services.

App analytics & diagnostics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the game is played and to diagnose crashes, so we can fix bugs and improve it. This is limited to anonymous, aggregated data - for example which screens and features are used, in-game events, app version, device type and OS version, and crash reports. We use the no-advertising-identifier version of Firebase Analytics, so no IDFA is collected, there is no App Tracking Transparency prompt, and none of this is used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites. The data is not linked to your identity. It is processed by Google - see Google's Privacy Policy for details. There is no in-app toggle; to stop this data being collected, delete the app.

Website analytics

This website (towerdefencelondon.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site - for example pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and the referring source. Google sets cookies to do this. The data is aggregated; we do not use it for advertising or to identify you personally, and Google's advertising features are not enabled. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. This data is processed by Google - see Google's Privacy Policy for details. (This applies to the website only; the game app is covered above.)

Children

The app contains animated, cartoon fantasy violence and is not directed at children under 9. It does not collect personal data such as your name, email or location; it does collect the anonymous usage and crash analytics described above to improve the game.

Your choices

You can delete all local data by deleting the app. You can decline or sign out of Game Center at any time in iOS Settings.
